Thermal treatment of off-gases from MCH WWTP

For the mechanical-chemical wastewater treatment plant of CHEMOPETROL a.s., equipment for thermal treatment of off-gases containing hydrocarbon vapours was designed and delivered. The combustion unit included a special coaxial heat recovery heat exchanger enabling safe combustion of exhausted off-gases in a wide range of hydrocarbon concentrations, which was developed and patented in cooperation with Brno University of Technology. 

Engineering and supply activities, documentation, assembly, individual and comprehensive tests and commissioning were provided.
