Waste-to-energy

The technology may comprise the following parts:
- Waste entry, storage and pre-treatment (weighting, containers, evacuated boxes, grinding, mixing, filtration etc.)
- Transport and feeding of waste into the incineration unit (crane, manipulators, screw conveyors or hydraulic feeders, feeding nozzles etc.)
- Staged combustion unit for complete thermal waste decomposition (rotary kiln, chamber furnace, transport chamber furnace, thermoreactor, burner system, slag removal system, emergency stack etc.)
- Heat utilisation (generation of saturated or superheated steam, water heating, combustion air pre-heating etc.)
- Staged flue gas cleaning (filtration, staged wet scrubbing, dry-wet and dry cleaning methods, adsorption cleaning etc.)
- Process measuring and control (multistage control system, data collection and storage, automatic management of emergency conditions, monitoring etc.)
- Complementary operations (waste water treatment plant, desalting evaporator, turbine power generator, backup power generator, fly ash treatment, continuous monitoring, laboratory equipment etc.)
