Turn key delivery of technology including design, engineering, procurement and commissioning. Object of contract was a delivery of burner system for multiple hearts furnace and secondary combustion chamber.
Scope of supply included delivery of low calorific waste oil pump station which is able to disaggregate impurities and consequently feeds waste oil in to the combined burner. Combined burner uses natural gas as a stabilization fuel. Scope of supply was composed of 2 pcs of natural gas burners and 1 pc of combined burner including pressure reduction, control and safety valves. Within the scope of supply a pressure reduction station was delivered. Pressure reduction station feeds burners by natural gas.

Eveco Brno delivered complete electro and M&R part of technology. New algorithms were created and implemented into the control and safety system Honeywell.
